Pixar’s first foray into straight up fantasy, Brave, is due June 22, 2012 – so almost exactly a year away and already they’ve launched a trailer showcasing a gorgeous looking Scotland and a bonny wee redhead, Merida, voiced by Boardwalk Empire and No Country For Old Men‘s Kelly MacDonald.
Other actors confirmed are Billy Connolly and Rome‘s Kevin McKidd, and a clutch of Harry Potter alumni, clearly still high on magic, such as Julie Walters, Robbie Coltrane and Emma Thompson. Check that out below:
