The first trailer for the highly anticipated new film from Duncan Jones has been released. Titled Source Code, the film follows the story of a combat pilot who wakes up in the last eight minutes of a man’s life, before the train he’s on is obliterated by terrorists. He must go back again and again to find out what happened, before they strike again.
Thoughts? I thought the trailer started out roughly, placing itself as a mystery regarding why Jake Gyllenhaal is in another man’s body, before rapidly changing into something else. Despite that, I’m undeniably excited about it.
Source Code stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Vera Farmiga, Michelle Monaghan and Jeffrey Wright, directed by Duncan Jones. The film is set for release on 15 April 2011.
