The official trailer and key art for the first movie in Netflix’s upcoming trilogy of terror has been released with Fear Street Part 1: 1994, which is due to hit our screens this week.

Based on R.L. Stine’s best-selling horror series, Fear Street follows Shadyside’s sinister history through a nightmare 300 years in the making.
The first chapter in the trilogy is set in 1994, and follows group of teenagers who discover the terrifying events that have haunted their town for generations may all be connected — and they may be the next targets.
Directed by Leigh Janiak, Fear Street Part 1: 1994 stars Kiana Madeira (Dark Matter), Olivia Scott Welch (Panic), Benjamin Flores Jr (Rim of the World), Julia Rehwald, Fred Hechinger (The Woman in the Window), Ashley Zukerman (Succession), Maya Hawke (Stranger Things), Darrell Britt-Gibson (Judas and the Black Messiah), Jordana Spiro (Ozark), and Jordyn DiNatale (The Birch).
Fear Street Part 1: 1994 is releasing globally on Netflix on 2 July.
