Ving Rhames, star of the kinetic Dawn Of The Dead remake, is returning to the genre with Zombie Apocalypse, in which “Months after a zombie plague has wiped out 90 percent of the American population, a small group of survivors fight their way cross-country to a rumored refuge on the island of Catalina.”
The film co-stars Sons Of Anarchy‘s Taryn Manning, Spartacus: Blood And Sand‘s Lesley Ann Brandt, and My Name Is Earl‘s Eddie Steeples.
Coming to DVD and Blu-ray December 27 from Asylum Films, Zombie Apocalypse premiers exclusively on Syfy, Saturday 29 9pm ET/PT
