Cynthia Nixon, star of Sex and the City and The Big C, has been cast in Bryan Fuller’s Hannibal in a recurring role for its second season.
According to TV Line, Nixon will play “Kade Prurnell, an employee of the Office of the Inspector General in FBI Oversight who is investigating the events of the first season and Jack Crawford’s (Laurence Fishburne) culpability.”
She’ll join Hugh Dancy, Mads Mikkelsen, Fishburne, Caroline Dhavernas, Hettienne Park and Gillian Anderson in the Hannibal‘s eagerly anticipated Season 2
