Black Panther new character portraits are so beautiful

T’Challa, Okoye, Nakia and more serve looks in these amazing Black Panther portraits

After a massive (and we mean massive) batch of images from Marvel’s Black Panther this week, the film still isn’t done serving up the goods. Now there are a load of character portraits, courtesy of EW, and they’re somehow more beautiful than the collection of stills.

You can read the official synopsis for the film here:

Black Panther follows T’Challa who, after the events of Captain America: Civil War, returns home to the isolated, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to take his place as King. However, when an old enemy reappears on the radar, T’Challa’s mettle as King and Black Panther is tested when he is drawn into a conflict that puts the entire fate of Wakanda and the world at risk.

Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa, Michael B Jordan as Erik Killmonger, Forest Whitaker as Zuri, Danai Gurira as Okoye, Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia, Daniel Kaluuya as W’Kabi, Windston Duke as M’Baku (also known as Ape-Man), Angela Bassett as Ramonda, Andy Serkis as Ulysses Klaue, Sterling K Brown as N’Jobu, Martin Freeman as Everett K Ross and Tessa Thompson, who will also be starring in Thor: Ragnarok, as Valkyrie.

Creed and Fruitvale Station director Ryan Coogler is helming the film, Kevin Feige is producing and Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Nate Moore, Jeffrey Chernov and Stan Lee are serving as executive producers.

Black Panther is in cinemas from 9 February 2018. Get all the latest superhero newswith every issue of SciFiNow.
