The trailers for Black Mirror’s fourth season keep rolling out, and David Slade’s episode ‘Metalhead’ looks pretty goddamn incredible. Also, Maxine Peake appears to be in a fight for her with what might be a robot dog.
Slade is the director of Hard Candy and 30 Days Of Night, and he’s also responsible for a lot of Hannibal and American Gods, so the fact that it’s so visually striking shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise. Then there’s Maxine Peake, who’s never less than amazing. Stir in whatever the hell that thing is, and we’re just very, very excited.
