According to Rebecca Denton, online exec of the official BBC Being Human blog, production on Being Human Series 5 is underway, with one script written and a new villain in the bag.
Shooting is planned to begin in the summer with longtime script editor and then producer Phil Trethowan stepping up as executive producer alongside creator and Doctor Who writer Toby Whithouse, and Denton promises it’ll be “Bigger, better, bolder, braver and definitely more terrifying that anything that has come before.
“Yes, Season 5 is promising to deliver all the laughs and fun of Season 4 but with a very definitely new and nasty, chilling edge.”
