Firefly and Serenity star Sean Maher has been added to cast of Arrow Season 2, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Maher is set to appear in Episode 10 as bomber Mark Scheffer, who is set to clash violently with Sebastian Blood (Kevin Alejandro).
In the DC Comics, Mark Scheffer is better known as the super-strong meta-human Shrapnel, who can detonate his metal body into a deadly burst of debris. Even though the arrival of the Flash is opening the door to more superpowers, it looks likely that this take on the character will rely on conventional explosives.
