The creators of The CW’s hot new superhero show Arrow are continuing their mission to gobble up every genre actor possible, having just cast Battlestar Galactica antihero James Callis (who played loveable bastard Gaius Baltar) as a villain called The Dodger.
According to TV Guide, this version of The Dodger escapes the law by forcing innocent people to carry out his crimes – based on his moniker and nationality, he’s a redux of 2008 Green Arrow & Black Canary antagonist Dodger, a British thief who specialises in high end technology.
Callis has also appeared in episodes of Merlin, FlashForward and Eureka, as well as
