Marvel and ABC’s Agent Carter series has recruited two new stars to join Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter.
Deadline reports that Dollhouse‘s Enjver Gjokaj, who played good-hearted doll Victor will play Agent Daniel Sousa, while One Tree Hill‘s Chad Michael Murray will play Agent Jack Thompson.
While there are no details about Murray’s character, but Gjokaj’s is described as “the sweet and honorable Agent Daniel Sousa, a true war hero who has risked his life many times – resulting once in a crippling leg injury.”
“It’s 1946, and peace has dealt her a serious blow as she finds herself marginalized when the men return home from fighting abroad. Working for the covert Strategic Scientific Reserve, Peggy must balance doing administrative work and going on secret missions for Howard Stark all while trying to navigate life as a single woman in America, in the wake of losing the love of her life – Steve Rogers.”
