The latest spurious rumours to squelch off the end of the conveyer belt at Latino-Review are that Chronicle star Michael B Jordan – also rumoured to be attached to the Fantastic Four reboot – and Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes‘ David Oyelowo are in contention for roles in Star Wars: Episode VII.
Jordan in particular is reported to have met directly with director JJ Abrams.
Internet commentators have leapt in to theorise that they could be up for Lando Clarissian’s offspring, Mace Windu’s relatives or, in one case, the descendants of Captain Panaka (!), which is a bit embarrassing and/or racist.
