Win a Cowboys & Aliens laser keyboard

Get your hands on some incredible alien technology

To celebrate the release of Cowboys & Aliens (cert 12A) at cinemas everywhere on 17 August, SciFiNow has teamed up with Paramount Pictures UK to offer three lucky readers the chance to win a Cowboys & Aliens branded laser keyboard.

Blockbuster filmmaker Jon Favreau directs Daniel Craig, Harrison Ford and Olivia Wilde in an event film for summer 2011 that crosses the classic Western with the alien-invasion movie, resulting in Cowboys & Aliens. Joined by an arsenal of top moviemakers – including Steven Spielberg, Ron Howard, Brian Grazer, Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci – he brings us an all-new action thriller that will take audiences to the Old West, where a lone cowboy leads an uprising against a terror from beyond our world.

It’s 1873, Arizona Territory, and a mysterious stranger (Daniel Craig) with no memory wanders into the harsh desert town of Absolution. The only clue of his past comes in the form of a mystifying object worn around his wrist. The stranger soon realises that Absolution is a town governed by fear, with every movement and action overseen by the tyrannical Colonel Dolarhyde (Harrison Ford), and he finds his presence unwelcome by the people of the town.

But Absolution soon finds itself attacked by a force that they cannot comprehend, as this new evil abducts helpless citizens in the midst of blinding lights, and attacks the town with a speed they cannot hope to match. Soon, they find that the stranger is their one hope in stopping the force. As his memory gradually recovers, he soon discovers that he holds the key to giving the town a fighting chance for survival. With the help of traveller Ella (Olivia Wilde), he gathers a crew of unlikely allies, and united against this common threat, they prepare for an ultimate showdown against this seemingly unstoppable force.
