A brand new M. Night Shayamalan thriller is set to be released this summer with Trap, starring Josh Hartnett as, from the looks of it, a serial killer trapped at a concert with his daughter.

As per the official synopsis from Warner Bros, Trap ‘tells the story of a father and teen daughter attending a pop concert, where they realize they’re at the center of a dark and sinister event’.
Written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan (Knock At The Cabin), the movie stars Josh Hartnett (Oppenheimer), Ariel Donoghue (Wolf Like Me), Saleka Shyamalan (who features on the soundtracks of M. Night Shyamalan’s previous works, Old and Servant), Hayley Mills (Unforgotten) and Allison Pill (Star Trek: Picard).
The film is produced by Ashwin Rajan, Marc Bienstock and M. Night Shyamalan.
Trap will be released in the UK on 9 August 2024 by Warner Bros. Pictures
