Get out! The first trailer for Freakier Friday, the sequel to 2023 family comedy Freaky Friday, is here and this time we have TWO body swaps happening at the same time – friekier indeed!

In the film, Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan reprise their roles as Tess and Anna Coleman. The story picks up years after Tess (Curtis) and Anna (Lohan) endured an identity crisis. Anna now has a daughter of her own and a soon-to-be stepdaughter. As they navigate the myriad challenges that come when two families merge, Tess and Anna discover that lightning might indeed strike twice.
The movie is directed by Nisha Ganatra (Late Night) and based on the book Freaky Friday by Mary Rodgers. The film also stars Julia Butters (Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood), Sophia Hammons (Up Here), Manny Jacinto (The Acolyte), Maitreyi Ramakrishnan (Never Have I Ever), Rosalind Chao (Sweet Tooth), Chad Michael Murray, (The Merry Gentlemen) Vanessa Bayer (Trainwreck), and Mark Harmon (Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths).
Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan are also serving as executive producers.
Freakier Friday will be released in cinemas on 8 August.
