There looks to be peril a-plenty in the teaser trailer for Amazon Studio’s new movie, Encounter, which is due out at the end of this year.

Encounter sees a decorated Marine go on a rescue mission to save his two young sons from a mysterious threat. As their journey takes them in increasingly dangerous directions, the boys will need to leave their childhoods behind…
Directed by Michael Pearce (Beast) and written by Pearce and Joe Barton (Humans), the film stars Riz Ahmed (Venom), Octavia Spencer (Ma), Rory Cochrane (Oculus), Lucian-River Chauhan (Heartland ) and Aditya Geddada.
Amazon Studios will release Encounter in theaters on 3 December and on Prime Video on 10 December 2021.
