Netflix’s “One Piece” Returning For Second Season In March

The second season of the hit live-action show is only a few months away.

Netflix has officially confirmed the premiere date for the hugely anticipated second season of One Piece, the streamer’s live-action adaptation of the popular Manga animated franchise.

Fans will be doubly excited by the news that not only will be debut on March 10th, but that the full eight-episode season will drop in its entirety, with no season split this time around. The streamer has also revealed a new poster for the series and some first-look images.

Season Two info for One Piece (via Dark Horizons): “It follows on from the ‘Loguetown’, ‘Reverse Mountain’, ‘Whiskey Peak’ and ‘Little Garden’ arcs of earlier episodes, with ‘Drum Island’ expected to be the longest, clocking in at three of the eight episodes and introducing fan favourite character Tony Tony Chopper.”

Iñaki Godoy, Emily Rudd, Mackenyu, Jacob Romero Gibson, Taz Skyler, Morgan Davies and Jeff Ward all return for the second season as the group enters the Grand Line.

Joe Manganiello, Katey Sagal, David Dastmalchian, Lera Abova, Callum Kerr, Clive Russell, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Mikaela Hoover and Charithra Chandran are among the actors joining the run in the new season.
