Caprica Season 1.5 trailer

by Samuel Roberts

First look at the Syfy show’s January 2011 return.

Remember how, last week, we expressed mild concern about Caprica’s pacing issues during its opening nine episodes? Well, take a look at this preview for the show’s January return. Seems the emphasis here is on selling an action-heavy, rapidly-paced drama:

Excellent stuff. Can’t wait for Caprica to come back in January, hopefully with the guarantee of a second season.

Wow. Wow. Caprica’s first few episodes were brilliant but this looks set to blow them away! But do we really have to wait so long? And will Sky 1 show the first few episodes again or will we be getting them on DVD? Hope so! :)

I loved the first season of Caprica. I did not think it was particularly slow-paced but was thoroughly engrossed by the story it told. That being said, I have drool dripping from my mouth after viewing the Caprica 1.5 trailer. I just hope SyFy sticks with Caprica. There are so few shows worth watching.
