The Big Bang Theory is not just one of our fave shows on telly, but 19.8 million others’ too (and that’s the viewing figures in the US alone!). So it’s no wonder that CBS has renewed it for 3 more seasons, taking us until as least 2017.

Who knows how far romance-a-phobe Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and girlfriend Amy (Mayim Bialik) will get in that time, but the recent smooch on a train should keep fans satisfied for now (even if Amy’s not).
