V: The First Eight Minutes

ABC has released the first eight minutes of its new V remake, following their screening at London’s MCM Expo last weekend. We’ve embedded the video below, courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed.

V stars Elizabeth Mitchell, Morris Chestnut and Morena Baccarin among others. The show follows the days after a race of aliens make contact with the people of Earth, as their seemingly benign intentions become increasingly hostile, and their control over the planet ever tighter.

V is scheduled to debut this November for four episodes in the United States, before being placed on hiatus until after the Winter Olympics.
