Buffy The Vampire Slayer writer Marti Noxon has been hired to write the Lara Croft Tomb Raider reboot.
Noxon, who wrote the underrated Fright Night remake, will deliver a script to MGM, who are looking to capitalise on the positive reaction to the recent grittier video game to retool the Lara Croft character after the second film starring Angelina Jolie bombed.
