Tom Hiddleston has signed on to star in Ben Wheatley’s film of JG Ballard’s classic novel High-Rise.
Wheatley confirmed the casting of the Avengers Assemble and Only Lovers Left Alive star on his site, as well as clarifying that the film will be shooting in June (as opposed to yesterday’s report that it had already started) and releasing this fantastic teaser poster.
The script comes from Wheatley’s regular collaborator Amy Jump, and is an adaptation of Ballard’s tale of a high-rise apartment block whose inhabitants are divided into savage tribes.
