When The Walking Dead Season 3 returns in February on Fox, things are going to really heat up for Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and his fellow survivors according to comic creator and executive producer Robert Kirkman, as The Governor (David Morrissey) comes back with a vengeance.
“We haven’t seen him activated to the extent that he’s going to be activated in the back half of the season,” Kirkman told TVLine. “He’s going to be much more engaged and a little bit more aware of the threat that the prison represents.”
