Modern sci-fi classic The Truman Show, which starred Jim Carrey back in 1998, is being developed as a TV series.
The Wrap reports that Paramount are looking to turn Peter Weir’s film, which was written by Gattaca‘s Andrew Niccol, into a TV show.
The report doesn’t have any direct quotes about the direction of the show; it simply lists it alongside the previously-reported Terminator TV series.
Executrive Amy Powell told The Wrap that “We have three buckets of content we’re looking at, and one of them is intellectual property the studio, which has been around for over 100 years, owns.”
You can buy The Truman Show on Blu-ray for £6.75 at Amazon.co.uk.
