In a strange turn of events, former Doctor Who star Tom Baker has revealed that he’s going to be lending his voice to the Star Wars universe, according to Scififantasy Network.
While signing autographs for fans at the ‘Day of the Doctors’ convention in Slough, Baker said: “I’m going to be in this new Star Wars thing, you know? I’m going down to record some voices for this new character they’ve created for me, very soon.”
It’s unclear whether Baker was referring to Episode VII: The Force Awakens, Rogue One, The Clone Wars, Star Wars: Rebels, a video game or some other as-yet-unannounced Star Wars project, but it’s still intriguing. And puzzling. Frankly, we don’t know what to make of it.
