In a video posted to StarWars.com, Original Trilogy star and one-man meme Warwick Davis confirmed that he’d be returning to the saga for JJ Abrams’ Star Wars: Episode VII.
Davis is best known for playing hero Ewok (Hewok?) Wicket W Warrick in Star Wars: Episode VI – Return Of The Jedi – as well as the two Ewok movies Caravan Of Courage: An Ewok Adventure and Ewoks: The Battle For Endor.
He returned to the saga for Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace to play Anakin’s childhook Rodian chum and assorted other minor characters.
Obviously, the nature of his Episode VII role is tightly under wraps, but it’d be lovely to think that Wicket is back…
