The episode opens with a woman, Celia, playing with her children. A voice message plays out singling her out as having not experienced a flashforward. Mark, Demetri and Al infiltrate a Blue Hand meeting, a place where those who did not have visions meet up. Meanwhile corporal Mike Willingham informs Aaron that he saw Tracy die. Demetri admits to Zoey that he didn’t have a flashforward, but she struggles to believe him. Al is torn by his vision of Celia dying; he blames himself so he takes it upon himself to record a suicide message for her. Demetri hears this and assembles Mark, Wedeck and Banks to stop Al from hurling himself off a roof. They fail to prevent him from doing this. The episode ends with Aaron returning home to find Tracy alive and well.
