Senator Perrin holds a press conference where he promises to investigate the Rossum Corporation. Following this, Boyd discovers that Perrin’s wife, Cindy, is in fact a doll. Echo is then sent on a mission and quite swiftly she infiltrates the senator’s apartment. In a turn of events she finds out that Perrin is a doll, and Cindy is his handler. Back at headquarters and Echo’s attempts to find out what is going on results in a catfight with Cindy. After this she encourages Perrin to come with her. A side plot revolving around Paul and November comes to a close, with Paul admitting that he was formally in the FBI. The episode ends on a cliffhanger with newcomer Bennett Halverson and Cindy kidnapping Echo and torturing her
