A new trailer for Battlestar Galactica godhead Ronald D Moore’s upcoming SyFy series Helix was premiered at Comic-Con.
The series seems be drawing inspiration from John Carpenter’s The Thing with this official synopsis: “When a team of scientists from the Centers for Disease Control travel to a high-tech research facility in the Arctic to investigate a possible disease outbreak, they quickly find themselves pulled into a terrifying life-and-death struggle that holds the key to mankind’s salvation or total annihilation.”
The series stars Billy Campbell (The Killing), Hiroyuki Sanada (Sunshine, The Wolverine), Kyra Zagorsky (The ABCs Of Death), and Mark Ghanimé (Arrow).
