Despite having a promising concept, it would appear that BSG mastermind Ronald D Moore’s new pilot 17th Precinct won’t be picked up to a series. Set in a world where magic replaces sciences, NBC has passed on the show, according to Deadline, and has instead picked up the show Grimm, which will air Friday nights with Chuck’s final season.
Sad that Moore’s latest effort hasn’t been picked up? We are – with a trio of Battlestar alumni and Michael Rymer directing the pilot, we had high hopes to see this one get a chance. Never mind.
