There’s some interesting casting news from Paul WS Anderson’s upcoming Resident Evil: Afterlife. In an interview with Blackfilm, actor Boris Kodjoe – of Starship Troopers 3: Marauder fame – confirmed that he was starring in this fourth instalment in the zombie franchise.

In addition to this, Kodjoe also dropped another few names in for good measure. He stated that not only were Milla Jovovich and Ali Larter reprising their roles, but also Prison Break’s Wentworth Miller will be featuring in an undisclosed role.

Anderson’s 3D feature is already gearing up for production and is scheduled for a 27 August 2010 release.
