New Moon gets binned

by Shaun Davis

A woman named Casey Ray made an unlikely discovery when she happened across a copy of The Twilight Saga: New Moon’s script in a bin. The find occurred in St Louis and upon having the script in her possession, Ray returned it straight back to the studio. In return for this act of grace, Ray was gifted a ticket to the film’s premiere, which is set to be staged at a later date in November time.

The find occurred in St Louis and upon having the script in her possession, Ray returned it straight back to the studio. In return for this act of grace, Ray was gifted a ticket to the film’s premiere, which is set to be staged at a later date in November time.

This news comes after reports indicated last week that a version of the New Moon script had already been uploaded online for fans to scrutinise. If this is the case, did Ray simply discover a printed out copy that had been discarded? Or was this a gaff by someone involved in the production? Either way, a good deed has been rewarded and fans, already knowledgeable on New Moon’s major plotline, haven’t been dealt too many spoilers.

New Moon opens in UK cinemas on 27 November 2009 and will be reviewed in a future issue of SciFiNow.
