The cast of Legendary’s Kong: Skull Island was shaping up very nicely. Tom Hiddleston was joined by the great Michael Keaton and JK Simmons. Now, two of those names need to be replaced.

Deadline reports that Keaton and Simmons have both left the monster movie, to be directed by The Kings Of Summer‘s Jordan Vogt-Roberts. It looks the film’s shooting date has been pushed back, which means these two heavyweights no longer have time for it in their busy schedules.
