The first teaser for Horns, based on Joe Hill’s novel and directed by Switchblade Romance‘s Alexandre Aja, has arrived.
It gives us our first look at Daniel Radcliffe as Ig Perrish, accused of the horrific murder of his girlfriend Merrin (Juno Temple), and we also get a quick glimpse of Max Minghella as Lee Tourneau.
The trailer has a lovely sombre look to it, and we’re very excited to see what Aja has done with Hill’s story. We’d really like to see the director give us a really good horror movie again (we can all agree to forget Mirrors), and it’s about time that Hill was adapted for the big screen.
What about Radcliffe, though? He seems to have got the look down (great thousand yard stare in that final shot); do you think he can deliver as the tragic hero in this dark tale?
