Speaking at a Meet The Film-makers event in London with Oz: The Great And Powerful star Zach Braff, director Sam Raimi revealed that he and Ivan Raimi, his collaborator on Army Of Darkness, Darkman and Drag Me To Hell, will be working on the long mooted fourth Evil Dead movie this year.
“I would love to make Evil Dead 4,” Raimi said. “My brother and I plan to work on the script this summer.”
This would be completely separate from the forthcoming reboot and hopefully return star and geek icon Bruce Campbell to the franchise, but no doubt its chances will rest heavily on the new film’s success…
