Daybreakers trailer released

The trailer for Daybreakers, a near-future film where vampires are the dominant species on Earth and humanity is an endangered species, has been released.

Starring Ethan Hawke, the film depicts a world where, due to the dwindling numbers of humans, the blood supply is beginning to run out. The vampires must find more humans, or synthesise a blood substitute within a month. Captured humans are farmed for their vital fluids, but there is a small group fighting back.

Daybreakers is released on 8 January 2010.
