According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sony are moving forward with a big screen, live-action adaptation of environmentally forceful superhero cartoon Captain Planet And The Planeteers.
Heavyweight producers Mark Gordon (Saving Private Ryan, Speed), Don Murphy (Transformers, From Hell) and Susan Montford (Real Steel, Splice) are involved, with Andrea Giannetti (The Green Hornet, Angels & Demons) overseeing for Sony.
