According to Bleeding Cool, Arrow Season 3 has pilfered a villain from The Flash‘s rogues gallery in the former of cringe-inducing Australian stereotype George ‘Digger’ Harkness.
Also known as – urgh – Captain Boomerang, Harkness is not only a master of projectiles but wears what can only be described as a cabin steward’s outfit.

A core member of the Suicide Squad in the comics and now the show, Harkness will be played by Spartacus star Nick Tarabay and is set to debut in Arrow Season 3 Episode 7.
He’ll also appear in Episode 8, which will be a crossover with The Flash.
Arrow has so far led the way in rehabilitating even the silliest comic-book villains, so we can’t wait to see what they do with him.
Just… stop calling him Digger, that’s a tiny bit disrespectful.
