American Horror Story: Apocalypse is bringing back some familiar faces

It’s good news all round as American Horror Story: Apocalypse brings back some old faces: officially joining the cast are Taissa Farmiga, Gabourey Sidibe, Lily Rabe, Frances Conroy and Stevie Nicks.

Creator and executive producer Ryan Murphy announced the news on his Twitter this week with the following excited tweet:

“Guess who’s coming back for AHS APOCALYPSE?” he wrote. “Taissa Farmiga, Gabourey Sidibe, Lily Rabe, Frances Conroy and….Stevie Nicks. So thrilled the family is together again!

The announced cast members join an ensemble already made up of Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Billie Lourd, Billy Eichner, Leslie Grossman, Adina Porter, Cheyenne Jackson and Joan Collins.

Not much is known about the Apocalypse, besides the fact that it’s set to be a Murder House-Coven crossover, with Murphy telling EW that “You will see so many fan favourites return that you’ll feel like it’s The Love BoatIt’s a very high concept.”
