The second season of Bryan Fuller’s Hannibal has cast Amanda Plummer, soon to be seen as Wiress in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, as a potential trouble-maker for Hannibal Lecter.
According to The Wrap, veteran character actor Plummer (Pulp Fiction, Battlestar Galactica) will play “Katherine Pimms, described as a hippie-chic acupuncturist who’s been causing trouble, on the NBC thriller’s fourth episode of Season 2.”
Hannibal returns next year with a 13 episode second season. Plummer joins Hugh Dancy, Mads Mikkelsen, Laurence Fishburne, Caroline Dhavernas and Cynthia Nixon.
