As Josh Trank’s Fantastic Four reboot nears production, the process of casting the film is underway and Variety reports that the list of actors who will be asked to test has been leaked.
According to Variety, Saoirse Ronan and Kate Mara (House of Cards) have been lined up for Sue Storm, while Kit Harington (Game Of Thrones), Jack O’Connell (Transformers 4) and Miles Teller (Divergent) are up for Mr Fantastic.
Ronan has been linked to everything from The Avengers: Age Of Ultron to Star Wars: Episode VII so her appearance on this list isn’t too surprising.
Their source also states that Michael B Jordan is the only actor on the shortlist for Johnny Storm, but that could change. There is no word on who the studio is looking for to play Ben Grimm, aka the Thing. Simon Kinberg is currently giving the script a final rewrite.
