Asked by Fresh 102.7‘s Jim & Kim Show. if he’d reconsider teaming up with Ben Affleck, this time as Robin to his Batman in Man Of Steel 2, the sexy backed Justin Timberlake shot back, “Not a chance in hell. I ain’t playing Robin. I have no aspiration to ever be a superhero in a movie.
“Now, a villain! I’ll tell you the villain I want to play more than anything because I grew up loving Batman, funnily enough, is The Riddler. The Riddler is my favourite villain.
“The Riddler was like a sociopath. He was proper crazy. So if I’m gonna play crazy, I’m wanna play proper crazy.”
The actor also voiced his support for Ben Affleck, adding, “Ben Affleck as Batman, I like it.
“I worked with Ben last summer and I’ve seen his process. I think he’s a brilliant filmmaker. I think he’s an extreme talent so he could surprise a lot of people.”
The only possible explanation for this is that JT has been set up to take all the ire from Ben Affleck – sort of like those helicopters on aircraft carriers whose only purpose is to fly in front of missiles. If that’s true, you’re a good man JT…
