Ridley Scott is set to produce a four-part miniseries for Syfy based on Philip K Dick’s fantastic alternate history novel The Man In The High Castle, which depicts a post-war America divided between Japanese and Nazi German occupation.
HuntedÂ creator and X-Files writer Frank Spotnitz will write the first two episodes and also serve as executive producer on the project, according to Digital Spy.
“Ridley Scott is one of my all-time favourite filmmakers and this is one of my all-time favourite books,” said Spotnitz. “So I am incredibly honoured and thrilled to have this opportunity.”
