Billie Piper, the original New Who companion Rose Tyler, may have been current Doctor Matt Smith’s first choice for a guest star, but the actor herself doesn’t think much of her chances for the Doctor Who 50th anniversary.
Speaking on The Graham Norton Show, the fan favourite companion said, “No. I’ve not been asked.
“I think Matt Smith said something in passing or in jest like, ‘That would be nice’, and it became something,” added Piper, “but no.”
