The Daniel Radcliffe-fronted supernatural horror hit The Woman In Black has definitely put Hammer Films firmly back on the contemporary horror map, and now the plot details for the sequel – The Woman In Black: Angels Of Death – have been released online.

The story has been developed by original Woman In Black author Susan Hill and screenwriter Jon Croker, the story editor on the first film – so it should pass muster as both a follow-up to the cult novella and stage play, and Hammer’s most recent cinematic triumph.

Check out the story below:

“Seized by the government and converted into a military mental hospital during World War II, the sudden arrival of disturbed soldiers to Eel Marsh Harsh has awoken its darkest inhabitant.  Eve, a beautiful young nurse, is sent to the house to care for the patients but soon realizes she must save them from more than their own demons.  Despite Eve’s efforts to stop her, one by one they fall victim to the Woman in Black.”
