Despite averaging around 7 million for its second season, Fox drama Fringe is back for season 3. The show, which airs on Sky1 in the UK, has been competing against heavy-hitters like Grey’s Anatomy and CSI in the US, but its timeshift ratings have been pretty decent.
Essentially, to succeed as it did in its first season, it needs a stronger lead-in and less punishing competition. Creatively, the show has greater direction than its previous season – hopefully, Fox will capitalise on this next year.
Fringe is getting better and better after a dodgy start so I have high hopes that seaosn three will be the best yet!
Great news, i’m really enjoying this series and it’s nice to know that it will be around for a while yet.
