Setting right what once went wrong, Sam’s heart was always in the right place, even if his mind and body never were. Despite the somewhat humiliating and annoying circumstances, Scott Bakula’s character was kind-hearted and selfl ess enough to make him a bona fi de hero, even if his tale was always burdened by the fact that he was on his own.
Still, the guy travelled through time and space, despite it all going a little ka-ka each time. Assuming the bodies of Korean-marrying veterans, rabbis, rape victims and even Al at one point, the amount of lives he saved surely constituted a happy ending, right?
