Perhaps the most famous sidekick in movie history, Chewy has the illustrious honour of being the only creature in the galaxy that Captain Solo trusts implicitly. A warrior of great strength and loyalty, we’d be foolish not to ‘let the Wookiee win’. Chewy is a veteran of the Clone Wars who was tasked by Yoda to help protect his home planet against the droid forces of the Confederacy, and later he aided the Rebels in the attack on the Death Star. In terms of sheer brute strength and technological savvy there is no better and Chewbacca puts those attributes to good use by helping Solo to modify the Falcon. But he does have a bit of a temper and if you mention the ill-fated Star Wars special, he’s likely to pull your arms clean out of their sockets.
