Several weeks have passed with no new information on the fate of the missing Athosians. Teyla proposes that the team meet with a seer called Davos, who is rumoured to have visions of the future. On the visit, Davos shows McKay a vision of the team being captured by Wraith. Davos then falls ill and is taken back to Atlantis for treatment.
Carter informs Sheppard that the Wraith he previously helped escape from the Genii wants to meet with him. True to Davos’s vision, the meeting is a setup but, anticipating the ambush, the team are prepared and manage to take a Wraith prisoner. During interrogation, the Wraith reveals he wants the human’s help in the war against the Replicators. Meanwhile, Davos shows Carter a vision in which a city resembling Atlantis is destroyed by a Replicator warship.
The captive Wraith summons a Hive ship. He says it is carrying the Wraith’s original anti-Replicator virus, and claims the ship will not reveal the location of Atlantis if the humans help him develop it.
Davos confirms to Teyla that the Athosians are still alive somewhere, and reveals that she is pregnant. He then shows her a vision of Sheppard attacking the Hive ship with drones.
The team agree to work with the Wraith but the virus is incomplete. A second Hive ship approaches but the two ships begin firing on each other and both are soon destroyed. Davos passes away, and McKay and the Wraith continue to work on the new virus. Sheppard says that the vision of Atlantis being destroyed by Replicators might not come true for a thousand years.
