As Jimmy ponders whether or not Chloe is interested in their relationship, he’s unaware he’s being watched. Vanessa Weber, his voyeur, later approaches him and identifies herself as NSA. She knows he's been hacking government computer systems but believes that Chloe is responsible, and working for a terrorist sleeper cell. She wants Jimmy to find out what she's after and tell the government, and gives him high-tech spy equipment to find out. Jimmy breaks into Isis and accesses the computers, discovering Chloe’s been accessing confidential NSA files.

Meanwhile, Clark receives a transmission and goes to the Fortress for answers. Kara speaks, asking for help, then says she sent the transmission and warns that Brainiac wants to kill him too. She says that she went back and is on Krypton.

Chloe discovers Jimmy is accessing her files. Weber gets Jimmy to tap her phone, and later he steals a briefcase – but the information in the case is misinformation put there by Chloe. Weber has Jimmy taken away. Chloe has found the information on Brainiac's departure path from the satellite system and identifies what planet they were heading for, but Weber bursts in, takes her prisoner and starts beating her for information. Jimmy manages to rescue her and they escape.

Lex goes to Zurich and opens the box. Inside is a sealed envelope containing a series of dials with astronomical patterns. Chloe and Clark figure out that Brainiac has taken Kara into Krypton's past when Clark is still a child, and the computer intelligence plans to destroy Kal-El in the past.
